In the latest salvo in the nasty Pam Anderson v. Tommy Lee custody fight, the rock star is seeking "primary physical custody" of the divorced couple's two children because his ex-wife's "judgment is impaired." According to this declaration filed April 9 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Lee claims that Anderson recently filed "frivolous" reports with L.A. child welfare officials alleging "serious misconduct" by Lee. The rock and roll star claimed that Anderson's approach to the Department of Children and Family Services was triggered when the pair's 9-year-old son Brandon was involved in a minor accident at Lee's Malibu home. According to Lee, the child "scraped his face on the side of the Jacuzzi while playing with me." Anderson, Lee contends, is now trying to use this "jacuzzi incident" in a bid to "exclude me from my children based on the unreasonable and irrational view that there is no room for differences of opinion."
