Desperate Road Rage?

DECEMBER 27--As far as traffic stops go, it couldn't get any less routine than the one engineered by a Texas bicycle cop early Christmas Eve.

According to a San Antonio Police Department report, a silver vehicle driven by San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker was holding up traffic on a street a few miles from the SBC Center, where Parker scored 13 points in his team's victory over Toronto Friday night.

When Parker refused the cop's order to move the car, the officer struck the hood of the vehicle with his open palm, igniting Parker and his front seat passenger and girlfriend, the even-more-famous Eva Longoria.

The sultry "Desperate Housewives" star "began screaming in a verbally abusive manner," according to the report, which (in case you missed what she allegedly said in the holiday din) we're posting here for posterity. In the report, Parker is referred to as "AP," which stands for "Arrested Person." Longoria is referred to as "FC," or "Field Contact."

Through a publicist, Longoria denied saying such nasty stuff. Parker was cited for impeding traffic and failing to present a valid Texas drivers license. (2 pages)
