O.k. O.k. I know it's weird but I have this crazy idea. Jails are already overcrowded, most of these beautiful perps are inside for non-violent crimes, most of them can be useful to the society. Why not to support private, particular jails? each jail owner would be able to buy his own inmates which would work for their owner.
